For candidates applying multiple times to the same company, just be aware that if you apply for several different roles, the system may tag you as a repeated applicant. If you’ve been rejected once or twice, some ATS systems can automatically filter against scam or deprioritise your applications, sometimes moving them into tabs that recruiters don’t actively review. So for anyone saying they’re sending 200 - 300 CVs a day make sure you’re applying because you genuinely fit the role, not just because you’ve tailored your CV. Your actual skills and experience need to align. That makes a difference. You can use Boolean search on Google to source better-fitting roles. Be visible. Post. Share your knowledge. But don’t send hundreds of CVs daily it’s not a successful tactic. The market simply doesn’t have that many truly relevant jobs available.
