2025 Reflection This year was wild. A lot changed and so did I. I grew mentally and professionally, shaped by a few high-stress moments that pushed me to work harder, think clearer, and move forward with intention. In early 2023, I was laid off from a role I loved while pregnant. At the time, it felt like failure. Looking back, it became a turning point. One day after leaving the hospital in late 2023, I accepted a role at Matter Labs. Nearly two years there taught me a lot, incredible people, brilliant hiring managers, and constant growth. But I knew it was time for the next chapter. In July 2025, I joined 0x and I truly love it. I’m learning every day, working with amazing people, and pushing myself further than ever. And the biggest “why” behind all of this? My daughter. Becoming a mum changed everything. It sharpened my focus, raised my standards, and forced me to build with real intention. Let me introduce you to Chloe. She’s 2.5 years old and speaks Polish, English, and Spanish. She’s Polish, was born in the UK, and has been living in Spain since she was three weeks old. Chloe was my 2023 leap. Going all-in at 0x | Matcha was my 2025 leap. And 2026 will be the biggest one yet. I will buy this house. I will be a 10× recruiter.
