ECD Munich 2026 yesterday and I lost my voice again… which I’m officially taking as a sign of a successful event! 😅 Claus and I recorded so many interviews throughout the day that I completely lost count around midday (which also feels like another good sign, I guess). Huge thanks to everyone who still had enough energy, time, and voice left to sit down with me in between busy schedules and VERY packed calendars. I genuinely appreciated every single conversation. A special thank you to Ben Muir, Maximilian Burianek, Francesca Padula, Kim Niedner, Timo Bethlehem, and Max L. 🤝 What I always love most about ECD is the mix of seeing familiar faces and meeting new ones. It was great catching up again with the legendary teams at PIXELMODA, OUTLETCITY AG, exporto GmbH, 7Learnings, BOGGI MILANO, ABOUT YOU, and bol (the list genuinely keeps getting longer every year 🤭), while also meeting new people along the way: Ashley Hoare, Uwe Bald, Roger Graell Sole, Rossella Cristofaro, Francesca Nobili, David Schug and Maximilian Jungnickel, just to name a few. 👋 I’m realizing it’s impossible to name everyone who made this day so special, but you know who you are! 🫶 Honestly, this community has such a great energy. You can really feel how connected, passionate, and supportive people are, even during the most hectic moments. 🔥 And speaking of support: a special thank you to my colleagues at Tradebyte for making such an overwhelming and fast-paced day feel light, fun, and enjoyable from start to finish. The teamwork, the atmosphere, and the laughs in between the chaos are what make ECD really special! 🥳 Already looking forward to the next one Alexander Otto! 😉
