As June winds to a close, we’re reflecting on a month full of shared experiences and opportunities to come together as colleagues and friends. The Alegeus Pride ERG hosted a variety of events that encouraged employees to explore LGBTQIA+ history, engage in professional development, build new connections, and celebrate community. Whether participating virtually, gathering at our offices in Boston and Maitland, or attending local Pride events, employees across Alegeus helped make this June memorable. Occasions like Pride Month are a reminder of the value of creating spaces where people can share perspectives, learn from one another, and bring their authentic selves to work.
