Today I had the opportunity to take part in a project upgrading RAM in laptops for one of our clients, Bleep 360. It was a good change getting off the phones and working on-site, going through users machines and carrying out the upgrades hands-on. Being directly involved in this kind of work is a reminder of how much I enjoy the practical side of IT and contributing directly to improving performance for users. There’s something about project days like this that I really enjoy. It genuinely feels like being a kid going on a school trip again. Also can’t complain about the Canary Wharf views while working!
