#ALDInews | ALDI Nord launches this year’s Merchandise Collection This year, our ALDI Nord merchandise collection takes a new direction. With ALDI Studio we’re introducing a more curated approach to merchandise – focused on unisex everyday essentials. To share a look behind this year’s collection, we spoke with Mareike Pfeiffer, Team Lead for Women’s Fashion & Design in International Procurement at ALDI Nord. She explains how ALDI Studio combines clean design, functionality and recognisable ALDI DNA – while staying true to what matters most to our customers: reliable quality, durability and strong value for money. 👕 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿’𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻? ALDI Studio is clean, modern and focused on essentials. This year’s collection builds on relaxed fits, subtle branding and a contemporary reinterpretation of iconic ALDI elements – such as the shopping bag pattern. Each piece is designed for comfort, easy styling and everyday wear, whether for holidays, time outdoors or daily routines. Durability remains a key focus, reflecting what customers expect from ALDI: products that last, feel good to wear and deliver good quality – always at ALDI prices. 🤝 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲? Product development is at the core of how we deliver both quality and value at ALDI. We work closely with long-standing, trusted partners who deeply understand us. For the ALDI Studio collection, this meant strong collaboration across categories to create a consistent design language while keeping processes efficient. By focusing on fewer, better pieces, we optimise production and pass savings on to customers. At the same time, we uphold our textile standards, using sustainably sourced cotton and durable blends. The result is a collection that reflects ALDI’s commitment to thoughtful design, reliable quality and strong value. 🧵 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀 - 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸? The ALDI Studio collection is a group effort - but that doesn't mean one size fits all. While the core collection is consistent across markets, we deliberatley leave room for additional items that have local relevance. In Belgium, for example, we additionally created items with iconic private labels like River Cola and Golden Power, turning them into lifestyle statements customers immediately recognise. In Germany, next to the ALDI Studio merchandise we also offer children’s items branded with our private label Choceur Milky Mouse. 🛒 The ALDI Studio merchandise collection was first launched in ALDI Polska at the beginning of June, and is now available in Germany from today.
