Congratulations to the Smarter Information, Smarter Journeys (SISJ) team, led by Network Rail and Rail Delivery Group, with support from Alchemmy, on winning Best Use of Technology – Passenger Impact at the Spotlight Rail Awards for the Engineering Sales Suppression (ESS) project. 👏   This recognition is a great example of what can be achieved when organisations across the rail industry work together with a shared purpose. Collaboration between Network Rail, Rail Delivery Group, Alchemmy, SilverRail and train operators has been key to delivering an initiative that makes a real difference.   At its heart, this work is about putting passengers first. By improving how the industry manages information around engineering works, the programme helps give customers greater certainty and confidence when planning their journeys.
