We celebrated International Women's Day a little early at Alchemmy last Friday, with the office filled with white, green and purple as we wore the colours associated with the day. We also held an afternoon session focused on sharing insights from cross-mentoring conversations, exploring what we had learnt from each other and how this connects to this year's theme, #GivetoGain #IWD #IWD2026
