Goodbye, Internal Comms✨ This week marks my last chapter within the adidas Internal Communications team and I couldn’t be prouder of this journey. Internal Communications isn’t just about writing messages or organizing townhalls. It’s about creating connection - connection between strategy and people, leadership and culture, ambition and belonging. It’s the voice inside a company that makes sure employees don’t just work for a brand, but feel part of it. Over the past years, I’ve had the privilege to contribute to that voice - starting in EMEA, then Europe, and most recently as part of Global Internal Comms responsible for Global Sales and Board Communication. I’ve helped shape stories that reached thousands of colleagues, created spaces where employees could be heard, and supported moments of recognition, celebration, change, and growth. What made this journey truly special were the people: those who trusted me with their stories, challenged me to think bigger, made me laugh in late-night deadlines, and reminded me why this job matters. We’ve built connection, clarity, and community together.
