Last week the #AgentforceWorldTour took over Milan and for me it had a truly special meaning: while it was my fifth World Tour overall it was my first one as an Account SE! 🚀 A shift in perspective that made the whole experience incredibly rewarding. The absolute best part? The time spent with my Customers. It was a privilege to work along with Stefania Blandini, Enrica Hu, Costanza Carli, Gianmarco Glovi, Giancarlo Cocchi and Ilaria Paolocci in order to: 🎯 Help Customers navigate the agenda to pinpoint the sessions most aligned with their business challenges. 🤝 Guide them through this journey of innovation and autonomous agents. 💡 Listen to their immediate feedback and brainstorm together on the future of their business ecosystems. To top off an already amazing day, I also had the opportunity to take the stage and present during the TTH (Travel, Transportation & Hospitality) breakout session: sharing insights and strategies for such a dynamic industry is always a huge thrill. A special mention to Massimiliano Piccagli for the support in preparing it and to Annalisa Ansidei, Giovanni Grosso and Valeria Majorana that made it possible. A huge thank you to all the customers, colleagues, and partners who made this day unforgettable.
