It has been a great pleasure to attend in the last 2-3 days “A Celebration of Native Mass Spectrometry” at University of Oxford, Kavli Institute for Nanoscience Discovery, University of Oxford in honor of one of the key pioneers in this field Carol Robinson. It was great to see an overview of all her great contributions presented by her alumni and scientific friends gathered from all over the world, among others Vicki Wysocki, Perdita Barran, Alexander Makarov, Helen Cooper, Konstantinos Thalassinos, Sarah Teichmann FMedSci FRS, Sheena Radford, OBE, FRS, FMedSci, Jane Clarke FMedSci FRS, Syma Khalid, Michal Sharon. Also the eventful dinners in Wadham College and Exeter College, Oxford and welcome reception at the Divinity School, part of the Old Bodleian Library were very much appreciated. Thanks to all organizers including Justin Benesch and Stephan Rauschenbach. Felt part of the family!
