We were honored and privileged to welcome His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein to our operations at the Jordan Bromine Company — the strategic joint venture between Albemarle and Arab Potash Company. JBC’s growth and its decades-long contribution to Jordan’s economy demonstrates the essence of an impactful public/private partnership. During the visit, His Majesty officially inaugurated the NEBO plant — a process technology innovation that converts byproducts directly into finished products, while also reducing water and energy use.
