Albemarle Homes’ Westmoor Grange development has reached a milestone, with over 300 of 403 homes now complete! ✅ In total the site will deliver 98 affordable homes, 100 build to rent single family houses, and 205 open market properties. We are really proud of our success in providing a broad range of housing sizes and tenure mixes across this site. Alongside delivering new homes, Albemarle Homes have also provided community infrastructure and amenities to benefit the local area, including upgraded local bus stops to improve public transport accessibility, new allotment spaces that promote healthy living and community growing initiatives, a children’s play area officially opened by Sally Jameson MP, which is open to both residents and the wider Armthorpe community, along with a large football pitch, and extensive green open spaces designed to encourage outdoor activity and enhance community interaction. When complete, Westmoor Grange will have delivered a total of 403 homes alongside the communal enhancements, helping to create a thriving new community for Doncaster🏡
