The idea was conceived by the three under-30 founders: Glauco Noseda, Jacopo Nosi Martignoni and Nathan Martignoni. Their intention was to leverage the three pillars of the restaurant’s success: high-quality cuisine, excellent service, and a fresh, authentic experience.
