One of the most overlooked leadership skills is creating an environment where people feel genuinely cared for. Recently, several guests described their experience using words such as: "Welcoming." "Attentive." "Comfortable." "Memorable." What struck me is that none of those words describe a treatment. They describe a feeling. In hospitality, wellness, and business, people often remember how they felt long after they forget the details of a transaction. The challenge for leaders is that culture is not what we say it is. Culture is what people experience consistently. When team members feel supported, appreciated, and empowered, those behaviors naturally extend to clients and guests. The experience becomes the message. Leadership is not only about managing operations. It is about creating environments where people can do their best work and where others can feel the difference. — Alan Araujo #Leadership #CustomerExperience #Hospitality #HumanRestoration #OperationalExcellence
