June 5th was my last day at Deloitte, and I've taken some time to let it sink in before writing this. When I think back, it's not the projects or the skills that stand out — it's the people. The mentors who invested in me before I'd earned it, the teammates who picked me up on the tough days, and the friendships that I know will outlast the job.
