One of the privileges of this work is spending time with organisations that quietly take responsibility for places that matter. Standing beside the Aquapod at Belfast Harbour recently, I found myself reflecting on something far bigger than the technology itself. Leadership is often recognised in the moment a decision is made. Stewardship is far less visible. It is the discipline of turning up every day. Quietly maintaining standards. Quietly improving the environment. Quietly doing the work long after everyone else has moved on. That, to me, is what Belfast Harbour has demonstrated. This week's People Trust Clean Spaces newsletter is not really about an Aquapod.
