It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Ian Ratcliffe, a valued member of the Alamar Biosciences Board of Directors.   Ian brought to Alamar the same qualities that defined his entire career: intellectual rigor, genuine care for the people around him, and an unwavering belief in the power of scientific innovation to reach patients and change lives. His commitments to Alamar and across the broader life sciences community were hallmarks of his leadership.   We extend our heartfelt condolences to his wife Elizabeth, his daughters Emma and Kate, and his family and many friends. Ian, your enthusiasm and generosity of spirit will not be forgotten.
