#AlainHouagTeacher #FGBIDiploma #ChurchHistory It is always a pleasure to take a course in the Full Gospel Bible Institute, Bamenda. I just rounded up with the last course of the session, Church History. On the final day, one group in my class presented on the French Revolution and its impact over Christianity. It was great hearing their perspective. In fact, reflecting on that presentation, few thoughts crossed through my mind. The Church is called upon to save the world, but then, "How far can the church leaders get close to the statesmen without compromising its prophetic voice?" The French Revolution (1789-1799) reminded us that the marriage between the state and the church is a dangerous alliance. God give us wisdom! ©June2026
