🧑‍🏫 Strengthening sustainability education through practical learning in North Macedonia    In Štip, North Macedonia, Akuo and its partners recently presented the results of Akuo EduLab, a pilot initiative dedicated to advancing sustainability education.    🤝 Implemented in partnership with Eco Logic and the Faculty of Educational Sciences at University "Goce Delcev"​ at Stip, with the support of the Embassy of France in North Macedonia, the project brought together schools, universities and local stakeholders around a shared ambition: to strengthen sustainability education by equipping Educational Sciences students with practical green competencies and enabling them to transfer this knowledge to primary school pupils aged 6–12.    Over the past months, the initiative engaged more than 400 pupils, alongside students and teachers, fostering stronger connections between academic learning, classroom practice and local community engagement.    The closing event, held at Goce Delčev University, gathered representatives from educational institutions, public authorities, civil society and the private sector to discuss how sustainability topics can be more effectively integrated into teaching practices.    🗣️ Through experience sharing and a dedicated round table, participants explored how to move from theoretical approaches to practical, classroom-based applications, while identifying opportunities to replicate and scale such models.
