It’s a little late to post this, but something truly worth sharing. On 31st December last year, I closed a very special chapter of my life as I moved on from my first job at Jio Platforms Limited (JPL) . Your first job always holds a different place. It’s where you start as a complete beginner and slowly grow into someone more confident, capable, and aware of their direction. This journey shaped me not just professionally, but personally as well. When I started, I was completely new to how real-world products are built — from understanding users to thinking in terms of impact. Over time, I got the opportunity to work on products that actually shaped experiences for JioCX customers, which made the journey even more meaningful. What made it truly special were the people. I was lucky to be part of a team that not only pushed me to grow but also supported me at every step. Amazing colleagues turned into great friends, and we built memories that went far beyond just meetings and deadlines. I’m deeply grateful for the culture, the continuous learning, and the trust I was given early on. Every challenge helped me improve, and every experience added something valuable. Grateful for the lessons, the friendships, and the memories that I’ll always carry with me.
