I'm beyond excited to share something that's been in the works! For the last seven years, I've been so inspired by the many women leaders I've met in the AEC industry. Their journeys have been a source of motivation, and I’ve wanted to find a way to share their stories with a wider audience. That dream is now a reality! We're launching a podcast dedicated to amplifying the voices of women in AEC leadership. Our goal is to create a resource where others can learn from and be inspired by these incredible leaders as they navigate their own careers. This initiative is a passion project for me, and it's also one of the many ways Unanet is giving back to the community that has given so much to us. Thank you to my amazing colleagues—Reanna Dempsey, Sarah Brown, Lindsey D., Brent Morris, Rachel Adams, M.S., and so many others—for helping make this happen. A very special thank you to Jenifer Navard, Ellen Bensky, and Joyce Watson, CPSM, for being the first to share their stories and inspiring the next generation of women leaders.
