Prof. Przegalińska jest związana z Katedrą Zarządzania w Społeczeństwie Sieciowym Akademii Leona Koźmińskiego oraz pełni funkcję Prorektorki ds. Innowacji i AI. The President of the Republic of Poland has conferred upon Prof. Aleksandra Przegalinska the title of Professor of Social Sciences, in the discipline of management and quality sciences. This is one of the highest distinctions in an academic career, recognizing her scientific, teaching, and organizational achievements. Prof. Przegalińska is affiliated with the Department of Management in Networked Society at Kozminski University, where she also serves as Vice-Rector for Innovation and AI. Her research focuses on the relationship between humans and artificial intelligence, and the impact of new technologies on organizations, the labor market, and education. She heads Human Race - the Centre for Human-Machine Interaction Research, and co-coordinates the international project EUonAIR, which supports the development of AI solutions in higher education across Europe. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with institutions including Columbia University, the MIT Center for Collective Intelligence, and Harvard University, and her scientific and expert work has received international recognition on numerous occasions.
