What motivates me most in deals like this isn’t just the transaction itself—it’s the #purpose behind it. Enabling the development of truly innovative therapies gives meaning to the work we do every day. When science has the potential to change patients’ lives, it deserves the right partners, the right structure, and the momentum to move forward. I’m grateful to both the Amgen and DISCO teams for their rigor, openness, and collaborative spirit throughout the process. This kind of alignment is what turns #vision into #impact.
