Its hard to define productivity when you are working on something new If i had to define it through income I'm a disaster If i had to define it through the progress i got in terms of physical elements , I failed there too But when i see the journey in last 6 months 1. I have gone from totally confused soul to a person with a purpose 2. We grew from one person scratching her head to a team of 4 3. With zero reach to a small amount of leads and prospects These wouldn't count as achievements maybe but i strongly feel this as a progress Any startup folks? please suggest on how to measure our productivity apart from monetory terms?? #startup #productivity #leadership #success #entrepreneur
