OPERATIONS MANAGER (Full-time) The Role: Oversees all event logistics, budget management, and team synchronization. The educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Project Management. MBA or PMP certification is preferred. The professional Experience requirements: 5+ years of senior management experience in large-scale event production, conference centers, or corporate operations. 2. CONTENT & STRATEGY MANAGER (Part-time/Contract) The Role: Curates high-level themes, secures keynote speakers, and ensures program alignment with organizational goals. The educational Requirements: Master’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, Journalism, or Communications. The professional Experience requirements: 5+ years in content strategy, policy research, or high-profile media production. 3. LOGISTICS & VENUE MANAGER (Part-time/Contract) The Role: Manages site selection, vendor negotiations, and onsite execution of all summit logistics. The educational Requirements: Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Tourism, or Event Management. The professional Experience requirements: 3+ years in venue management or large-scale event planning with a track record of handling international delegates. 4. HYBRID/DIGITAL EVENT SPECIALIST (Part-time/Contract) The Role: Manages streaming infrastructure, virtual platforms, and hybrid participant engagement. The educational Requirements: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or Digital Media/Broadcast. The professional Experience requirements: 3+ years in managing high-stakes digital events, broadcast technology, or live streaming. 5. PARTNERSHIPS & SPONSORSHIP MANAGER (Full-time) The Role: Cultivates relationships with corporate, government, and NGO partners to secure funding and sponsorship. The educational Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or Public Relations.
