Halfway through a year that has moved faster than I expected and slower than I wanted. Here is what this week actually cost me: One night of sleep I did not fully get. One conversation I kept postponing that I should have had on Monday. Two decisions I made quickly that I am still not completely settled on. One moment of doubt specific enough that I could describe it exactly. And here is what it gave back: A corporate brief that came through a LinkedIn connection I made four months ago. A vendor partnership that finally aligned after three attempts. A team member who handled something difficult without being asked. A client message at 11 PM that said: this was exactly what we needed. I do not share this for the performance of transparency. I share it because building something real, in the middle of everything else that life requires, is genuinely hard. And if you are doing it too — you deserve to know it is hard for everyone, not just you. Halfway through June. Still here. Still building.
