A big thank you to our Air Traffic Controller, Jessica S., for representing Airservices as a webinar guest in Flightdeck Group‘s 2026 Women in Aviation Careers program. Jessica shared her career pathway with candour, warmth and practical insight, leading to incredibly positive feedback from schools and students asking great questions and showing strong interest in air traffic control and aviation careers.
