We are proud to share that Airservices Australia and Airways New Zealand have been shortlisted for the CANSO Seamless Skies Awards 2026. Our joint nomination, “Collaborative Operations for Sustainable Skies”, recognises a cross-border partnership that is transforming how aviation challenges are addressed across Australia and New Zealand. Through our submission, we showcased how two Air Navigation Service Providers are working together to co-design and deliver mobile simulation, remote recruitment and selection, and cross-border training models. This collaboration is accelerating controller capability, improving safety and efficiency, reducing environmental impact, and strengthening regional resilience across the Asia-Pacific.
