A 2025 JD Power study found that passengers who described their experience as "perfect" said they would fly the airline again 81% of the time. For passengers who described it as "poor," that figure dropped to 4%. Traveller trust, more than perks, predicts the next booking. Baggage sits at the centre of that trust equation.
