For most travellers, checked baggage remains one of the most frustrating and least enjoyable parts of air travel, costing valuable time at both ends of every journey. Our expanding partnership with the Lufthansa Group is a great example of how our service is changing that equation - and how the network effect is making #BaggageasaService more beneficial and easier to implement for airlines. What began at Frankfurt Airport in early 2025 has now grown to include Heathrow, Zurich and Geneva airports, with availability also recently extended to SWISS and Austrian Airlines passengers departing from Frankfurt. As more airports and airlines join the network, Baggage-as-a-Service becomes even more valuable for a wider range of itineraries and more attractive for other carriers to participate. In other words, scale encourages growth.
