🌍 Shaping the Future of Welding & Cutting From June 16–18, our UK Coleshill site became the global hub for Air Liquide’s ALTEC Welding & Cutting experts. This intensive three-day gathering brought together our international teams to share best practices, align on market dynamics and drive the next generation of industrial gas applications. 💡 Highlighting Innovation & Sustainability Beyond hands-on workshops featuring our advanced hydrogen flame technologies and ARCAL™ fume-reducing welding gases, the event featured a specialized seminar on Wire-fed Additive Manufacturing (Wire-fed AM), with special thanks to Cranfield University for hosting this session. Wire-fed AM is a game-changer. By using robotic welding arms to 3D-print metal components on-demand, Wire-fed AM eliminates material waste and slashes lead times. This presents a massive opportunity to deploy our high-purity shielding gases while helping our customers build faster, greener, and more resilient supply chains.
