Airbus Defence and Space successfully supported the German Armed Forces with its systems at this year's NATO CWIX 2026 (Coalition Warrior Interoperability Exercise). The pioneering result: We were able to demonstrate the seamless integration and interoperability of the Combat Cloud capabilities into existing NATO command, control, and reconnaissance structures. In modern scenarios, exchanging information across military branches and nations within seconds is the key to operational superiority. Our combat cloud capabilities act as the digital backbone, processing and linking data in real time and providing it exactly where it is needed - from headquarters to the tactical front line. A strong signal for the future readiness of the Bundeswehr and the digital sovereignty of Europe in cooperation with our NATO partners.
