We are pleased to welcome acclaimed New Zealand chef Josh Emett as our Culinary Ambassador ✨ In this role, Josh is working closely with our teams to help shape our onboard dining experience across our premium cabins. From October 2026, customers travelling on all long-haul flights out of Auckland, as well as select North American routes, will begin to see a range of dishes designed by Josh onboard. Each dish has been carefully developed to perform in the inflight environment, where altitude influences how we experience flavour, texture and balance. This partnership is part of our ongoing focus on evolving the onboard experience for our customers. We look forward to sharing more in the coming months ✈️🍴
