On the sidelines of last week’s International Air Transport Association (IATA) Annual General Meeting in Rio, Brazil, our CEO, Benjamin Smith, spoke with CNN's Richard Quest about the key challenges our industry currently faces. "Lack of visibility is a challenge but dealing with crises is not new, especially for Airlines like KLM - over a hundred years old, and Air France - close to 100. We learned a lot from Covid. [...] The major difference we see now is in the booking curve.
