Celebrating its 70th year, the All India Management Association (AIMA) continues its mission to enable individuals and organisations to realise their full potential. We recently concluded an intensive three-day learning intervention (25–27 February) at the AIMA New Delhi office, organising a distinguished delegation from the Management Association of Nepal (MAN). The programme brought together banking professionals for an in-depth exploration of the evolving financial landscape, with a strong focus on innovation, resilience, and customer-centricity. Key learning sessions covered best practices from the Indian banking system, modern digital banking and cyber security essentials, customer-centric leadership—moving from transactions to lasting relationships—and soft skills and coaching, with an emphasis on leveraging emotional intelligence to unlock performance. The success of the intervention was driven by AIMA’s eminent speakers and facilitators from the Reserve Bank of India, Indian Institute of Banking & Finance, Punjab & Sind Bank, Bank of Baroda, India Post Payments Bank, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, CERT-In, and ScoreMe Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Faculty-led sessions, case studies, and interactive role-plays ensured high engagement and practical learning. A special mention to the participants from Citizens Bank International Limited, whose openness to learning and willingness to share their own best practices enriched the experience and enabled a truly bidirectional exchange. The delegation was led by Ms Anju Mishra, Executive Director, Management Association of Nepal (MAN). We are proud to have further strengthened the professional and institutional ties between AIMA and MAN through this meaningful knowledge partnership. #Learning #Development #Banking #Delegation
