Day 2 of AIMA's Leadership Excellence & Advancement Programme (LEAP) 2026 focused on helping participants translate learning into action through reflection, inspiration and practical leadership planning. Building on the foundation laid on the first day, the sessions encouraged women professionals to strengthen their leadership identity, enhance self-awareness and develop a roadmap for continued growth. A highlight of the programme was the inspirational address by Ms Charu Pragya, National Media Panelist, Bharatiya Janata Party, on 'Leading with Heart in the Spotlight'. Drawing from her personal and professional experiences, she spoke about the importance of resilience, authenticity and purpose-driven leadership, while encouraging participants to embrace visibility with confidence and lead with empathy. Ms Talish Ray, Managing Partner, TRS Law, facilitated a peer reflection exercise that enabled participants to revisit key learnings and exchange perspectives on their leadership journeys. This was followed by an engaging session by Ms Nishka Crishna, Leadership Coach and Culture & People Practitioner, who guided participants through reflective discussions that helped them gain deeper insights into their leadership styles through peer feedback and self-assessment. Ms Nishka Crishna later led the concluding session on action planning and leadership commitments. Participants developed personalised growth plans, identified priorities for their leadership development and committed to translating the programme's insights into meaningful action within their organisations. The programme concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony, marking the successful completion of LEAP 2026. Over the two-day programme, participants engaged with experienced industry leaders and leadership practitioners, gaining practical insights, enhanced self-awareness and actionable leadership strategies to lead with greater confidence, influence and impact in an evolving workplace. #LEAP2026
