The All India Management Association (AIMA) successfully concluded the 9th Young Manager Simulation Championship 2026 (YMS 2026), reaffirming its commitment to nurturing future-ready managerial talent through experiential learning. Conducted entirely online, the championship featured two rigorous preliminary rounds and culminated in a high-energy Grand Finale on 25 February 2026. This year saw enthusiastic participation from leading organisations including NTPC Limited, Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), NLC India Limited, Indian Oil Corp Limited (IOCL), and Larsen & Toubro, underscoring the growing relevance of simulation-based learning in corporate leadership development. The championship concluded with SAIL emerging as the Winners. NTPC Ltd. secured the First Runner-Up position, while NLC India Ltd. finished as the Second Runner-Up. YMS 2026 provided a dynamic platform for young managers to sharpen strategic thinking, decision-making, and teamwork capabilities in a competitive, real-world business simulation environment. #BusinessSimulation #Leadership
