AIMA successfully concluded the Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) In-house Competition 2026, held from 1st to 10th June 2026. Conducted online on AIMA’s flagship business simulation platform, Chanakya, the programme saw the participation of 120 teams comprising more than 360 mid- and senior-level executives from MSIL. The competition began with a Master Class on 1st June, followed by simulation rounds on 3rd, 9th and 10th June 2026. Organised across multiple groups, the competition featured two groups of 40 teams each on every competition day. With three members per team, participants navigated a series of business simulation exercises that tested their strategic thinking, business understanding and decision-making abilities in a competitive environment. The simulation rounds focused on key management competencies, including innovation, risk assessment, strategic planning, ownership and leadership. Participants were required to make business decisions in dynamic scenarios, replicating real-world management challenges and sharpening their strategic and operational skills. The top-performing teams emerged through a rigorous evaluation process and have been nominated to represent MSIL at AIMA’s National Management Game (NMG) 2026. The programme formed part of AIMA’s ongoing efforts to support organisations in developing managerial talent through experiential learning and business simulation-based training.
