AIMA participated in the 1st Council Meeting of the Asian Association of Management Organisations (AAMO) for 2026, held in Malaysia on 12 April 2026. Macau currently holds the Presidency of AAMO for the 2025–2028 term. Representing AIMA at the meeting were Mr Rajive Kaul, Past President, AAMO and Chairman, Nicco Engineering Services Limited and Promoter-Director, Nicco Parks & Resorts Limited, and Ms Rekha Sethi, Director General, AIMA. During the meeting, representatives from AAMO member regions including Hong Kong, India, Macau, Malaysia, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Pakistan (via Zoom) shared their perspectives on attracting more regional management organisations to join AAMO. The discussions focused on expanding the association’s reach and strengthening collaboration across member bodies in the Asia Pacific region. AAMO is a partnership of National Management Organisations (NMOs) in the Asia Pacific region, aimed at sharing and leveraging resources to enhance the achievement of their respective missions. The association currently comprises eight members: Australia and New Zealand, Hong Kong, India, Macau, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
