AIMA organised its 11th National Leadership Conclave on the theme- ‘Transforming for tomorrow: Growth with Resilience’, on 9th April 2026 in New Delhi. In the inaugural session, Hon’ble Minister Jyotiraditya M Scindia, Minister of Communications & Development of North Eastern Region, GOI, emphasised the need for new “practices, ideologies and systems” to drive India’s growth. Mr T V Narendran, President, AIMA; Mr Vishal Kampani, Senior Vice President, AIMA; Mr Vineet Agarwal, Vice President, AIMA; Mr Sanjiv Puri, Chairman, AIMA Excellence Award Jury and Ms Rekha Sethi, Director General, AIMA also addressed the gathering. A session that featured Mr Shaktikanta Das, Principal Secretary-2 to the Prime Minister of India and Mr Sanjiv Puri, highlighted developments and India’s steady policy response to challenges. Mr K V Kamath, Chairman, Jio Financial Services spoke to Mr Sunil Kant Munjal, Chairman, Hero Enterprise, on India’s $5 trillion growth journey and sustaining momentum amid global uncertainties, followed by concluding remarks by Mr Balaji P. In a special session, Hon’ble Minister Nitin Gadkari, Minister of Road Transport & Highways, GOI, said that “futuristic development needs futuristic policies,” highlighting resilient, efficient transport and alternative fuels. Mr TV Narendran, Mr Vishal Kampani, Mr Vineet Agarwal and Ms Rekha Sethi also addressed the session. Air Chief Marshal Arup Raha (Retd.), PVSM AVSM VM ADC, Former Chief of the Air Staff of the Indian Air Force and Former Chairman of the Chiefs of Staff Committee; Mr Arun K Singh; Mr T V Narendran; Mr Vishal Kampani; Dr Suneeta Reddy, Immediate Past President, AIMA and Ms Smita Prakash, Chief Editor & Deputy CEO, Asian News International (ANI) addressed geopolitics and global business, navigating risks through India’s multi-alignment strategy for resilience. Awards and honours were also conferred to the following- ·      AIMA- Public Service Excellence Award to Mr Shaktikanta Das ·      AIMA- Lifetime Achievement Award for Management to Mr K V Kamath  ·      AIMA- Special Award for Public Service Excellence to ISRO - Indian Space Research Organization (Mr Dinesh Kumar Singh, Distinguished Scientist and Director of Human Space Flight Centre) ·      AIMA Fellowship to Mr Yezdi Nagporewalla, CEO, KPMG India ·      AIMA- Dr J S Juneja Award for Creativity and Innovation in Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises to Algo8 AI (received by Mr Nandan Mishra, CEO & Co-Founder) An all-women panel including Ms Ritu Beri, Indian fashion designer; Ms Rama Kirloskar; Ms Anahita Dhondy Bhandari; BK Sonika, Brahma Kumaris and Ms Priya Sahgal, shared their journeys of breaking barriers, building institutions, and driving change in leadership. The day ended with Mr Shiv Siddhant Kaul; Mr Prashant Tandon; Mr Naveen Aggarwal; Mr Sanjay Kumar Singh and Mr Pranjal Sharma, discussing safeguarding India’s growth amid global tensions while leveraging domestic strengths.
