We are pleased to announce the new leadership team of the All India Management Association (AIMA) for 2025-26. Mr. T V Narendran, CEO & MD, Tata Steel, has taken over as the President of AIMA, succeeding Ms. Suneeta Reddy, Managing Director, Apollo Hospitals With over three decades of leadership experience in the mining and metals industry, Mr. Narendran brings deep expertise and vision to guide AIMA in its mission of advancing management excellence in India. He has been associated with AIMA for many years and has earlier served as both Vice President and Senior Vice President of AIMA. Mr. Vishal Kampani, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, JM Financial Ltd who served as the Vice President of AIMA last year, has now ascended to the role of Senior Vice President, AIMA. His strong commitment to advancing management thought leadership in the country will further strengthen AIMA’s initiatives. Mr. Vineet Agarwal, Managing Director, TCI Group (Transport Corporation of India Limited), has taken over as the Vice President, AIMA. With over a decade of association with AIMA and his experience as the founding Chairman of the Young Leaders Council AIMA, his leadership will deepen AIMA’s engagement with emerging leaders and broaden its reach across industries. Mr. P. Dwarakanath, Former Chairman, GSK Consumer Healthcare India, continues in his role as Treasurer, AIMA, further strengthening the association with his vast experience and long-standing commitment. Ms Rekha Sethi continues to serve as the Director General of AIMA, providing strategic direction and leadership in driving AIMA’s initiatives and vision.
