AIMA organised a Virtual Special Session on 24 February 2026 featuring Ms Roshni Raveendhran, Assistant Professor of Business Administration at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, on the theme “From Efficiency to Flourishing: How Leaders Can Leverage AI to Help People Thrive.” The session attracted an engaged audience of over 500 professionals and management students across Zoom and AIMA’s social media platforms. The session was chaired by Mr Nikhil Sawhney, Past President, AIMA, and Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Triveni Turbine Limited, with Rekha Sethi, Director General, AIMA, extending the welcome. The discussion highlighted research on the psychological impact of AI, underscoring its potential to enhance employee well-being, reduce social risk, and foster diversity when responsibly designed and deployed.
