Aíma will be attending the ctDNA Symposium 2026 in Aarhus, Denmark, with our CSO Michael Blum. We are pleased to present our poster: Higher sensitivity of low-coverage genome-wide methylation versus targeted mutation panels for ctDNA detection in advanced cancers. This work shows that low-pass genome-wide methylation profiling with Oxford Nanopore Technologies can detect ctDNA more sensitively than targeted mutation panels. The approach also detects clinically active cancers with low frequency tumor mutations or no detectable mutations. We look forward to discussing how methylation profiling can expand the clinical use of liquid biopsy in oncology.
