AI maturity across GCCs is no longer just a technology conversation. It is increasingly becoming a sector, function, and capability conversation. AIM Research’s latest survey insights from 𝟭𝟬𝟬+ 𝗚𝗖𝗖 leaders reveal that the overall AI Maturity Index stands at 𝟱𝟭.𝟵, indicating that many GCCs are moving forward, but maturity remains uneven across the ecosystem. Some key signals from the data: Retail & Consumer Goods leads sector maturity with an index score of 60.0, followed by Technology & Software and BFSI. On the functional side, Data, Analytics & AI GCCs are clearly ahead, with the highest maturity score of 65.6, reflecting stronger adoption, data foundations, value measurement, and skilling maturity. However, the gap remains significant. Logistics & Transportation records the lowest sector maturity score at 33.3, highlighting the need for stronger AI enablement, better data readiness, and more structured adoption roadmaps. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆: GCCs are not moving at the same pace. AI maturity is being shaped by how deeply AI is embedded into business functions, how prepared the data foundation is, and how effectively organizations can measure impact beyond pilots. As GCCs continue to evolve from delivery centers to transformation hubs, the next phase of AI maturity will depend on disciplined execution, cross functional adoption, and capability building at scale. #AI #GCC #GlobalCapabilityCenters #AIMResearch #AIMaturity #DataAnalytics #DigitalTransformation #EnterpriseAI #IndiaGCC #Innovation
