The Going the Extra Mile (GEM) Awards celebrate the contribution made by Northumbrian Water's supply partners to help achieve its vision of being the national leader in sustainable water and wastewater services. The One Team Award recognises teams that demonstrate exceptional collaboration, shared values, and a commitment to achieving great outcomes together – so being shortlisted in this category means a lot to us.
