What a day! Yesterday, we sat down as a team to take stock: What works well in our team? What could be improved? What connects us across departments, locations, and standards? Turns out - we have achieved a lot together since AbTF was initiated 20 years ago. And it felt good to talk about how we want to work together to further drive change as a team. And then, the fun part: celebrating 20 years of #AidbyTradeFoundation with some of the people who have supported and accompanied the foundation along the way since its inception. A heartfelt thank you to our founder, Prof. Dr. Michael Otto, along with Prof. Dr. Johannes Merck and Olaf Gieleser, curators and supporters of AbTF from the start. We truly appreciate their presence, as they shared wonderful memories, delicious food, and plenty of laughter with us. And last but not least a big thank you to the entire AbTF team, including those who couldn't be with us: thanks for showing up - every day, and for each other. Here's to the next chapter!
