Two days in Muscat. 80 professionals turning crisis into fundable ventures. Gabriel Ceicoschi and Nizar Ntarouis served as the international AI experts for Sumood 2026, the Resilience Conference in Oman. The room: policymakers, government leaders, enterprise executives. The Jabreen Academy at the Grand Millennium Muscat brought everyone together to turn regional risk into investor-ready business plans. We developed a multi-agent AI framework to build a venture out of a disruption. -- How the two days ran: Day 1, 2h masterclass. We broke down why regional disruptions open real opportunities, then ran a live demo on stage. We took a raw disruption and walked it through the framework, from spotting the gap to an investor-ready plan. Day 2, 7h hackathon. 14 teams acted as venture builders, compressing weeks of analysis, risk assessment, and planning into a few hours. They pressure-tested their ideas against tough AI regulators and investors, then prepared for the risks they found. -- Thank you to Nasser Al Yaarubi and to his team for organizing this event and for bringing honorable guests. And many thanks to the dedicated, curious, and hard-working participants. -- Want to see how the framework works, or how we turn your expertise into AI agents that do the same for your company? Reach out, and we'll walk you through it.
