As Patron Partner of the 2026 SheVentures programme, AIB was proud to support the recent #SheVentures26 event. Over three days founders, investors, mentors and business leaders came together to share ideas, challenge thinking and explore the opportunities ahead for female-led businesses across the island of Ireland. The energy throughout the event was inspiring. From thought-provoking discussions and practical learning sessions to honest conversations about the realities of entrepreneurship, the focus remained firmly on helping ambitious founders to build, scale and succeed. Female-led businesses make a significant contribution to our economy, creating jobs, driving innovation and strengthening communities. Supporting their growth is not only important for individual entrepreneurs, but for Ireland's future economic success.
