In this short film, Daniel Nelis, winner of the AIB Portrait Prize 2025, reflects on what sets this competition apart, and the importance of following your own instincts. Winners to be announced at an awards ceremony at the National Gallery of Ireland in December. The exhibitions will also travel to Galway Arts Centre and Limerick City Gallery of Art in 2027.
